How to place an order?

To place an order simply navigate in our online store, select the item you want to purchase and then click Add to Cart. You should then enter into your shopping cart in which all the selected articles will be. If you want to add other articles, you can do so; if you want to proceed with payment, you'll need to click Finish Order.

Do I have to register to place an order?

It's not mandatory. You can make a purchase without registering.

Can I track my order?

How are the orders shipped?

The orders are shipped by the carrier Chronopost to Continental Portugal, France, Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, The Netherlands, Latvia, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Poland and Czech Republic.

The orders are shipped by the carrier SEUR to Continental Spain.

The orders are shipped by the carrier DHL to Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Greece, Romania, Malta, Lithuania, Estonia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Azores, Madeira, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Melilla, Andorra, Gibraltar and Ceuta.

The orders are shipped by the carrier UPS to the rest of the world.

All the orders are shipped by the carrier UPS if you pretend 24h delivery. (except Portugal and Spain).

  • Cash on delivery Your order is sent to the billing address for the indicated address, and the payment process is done with the carrier's courier at the time of delivery. You must pay in cash. The product is out of stock. Will they sell it again?

We repeat the stock several times, and if this happens, we announce in our social networks all the products available again. However you can send us an email to reserve a product.

How is delivery done?

Your order will be delivered by the carrier in question, depending on the address where the order will be sent. After the order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If in the first delivery you are not at the indicated address, a new delivery will be made in the next day.

Can I return a product?

Yes. If you wish to change your size or have it returned, you will have a maximum period of 15 days to do so (after receiving the product). However, the right to return only occurs if the products:

  • Not washed or used;
  • Have not been tampered with and retain the identification tag;
  • They are accompanied by your original invoice.

How do I return a product?

Step 3: Refund / Exchange. After receipt and analysis of the product, we will refund (if the refund is valid), within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of our e-mail. I received a defective product. What should I do?

Exchange:

  • The shipping costs of the first exchange are borne by us.
  • The second exchange has a total cost of € 10.00 for Continental Portugal and Continental Spain.
  • The second exchange has a total cost of € 16.00 for Italy, Germany, France, Austria, Belgium The Netherlands, Latvia, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Poland, Denmark, Azores, Madeira and Balearic Islands
  • The second exchange has a total cost of € 24.00 for Sweden, Finland, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Greece, Romania, Malta, Lithuania, Estonia, Hungary and Bulgaria
  • We don’t Exchange in Canary Islands, Melilla, Andorra, Gibraltar, Ceuta and Rest of the world
  • If you want a discount voucher, it works as the first exchange.

Refund:

  • If you wish to return by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer, we will withdraw the value of the shipping costs to the total value of the product (s) you will return - € 10.00, € 16.00, € 24.00 or € 30.00 according to the country to which we sent. It’s the equivalent of the round trip.

Did you receive my return?

As soon as your return is processed by our warehouse, you will receive an email with this notification. If you do not receive this email within 10 days after sending the return, please contact us at info@ubonlinestore.com or any of our social networks.

When will I receive the product replacement?

A technical evaluation will be carried out on the returned product. After this evaluation, we will process the replacement of the product and we will send you an email informing you of the sending of the new product.

When will I be refunded for the returned product?

Why have I been reimbursed instead of replacing the product?
